About chocolate : mmmmhhhh !

The first goal of a brand is that the customer always buy more. Chocolate is a secondary product, so, by definition a non-necessary product. If every brand of chocolate had the same target, it will be not possible to sell for the brand. So, I will demonstrate you that each brand of chocolate has its target, and they are well difined.

Kinder : For Children

It is said in the name : « Kinder » is meaning « children » in german. With a little surprise in an egg, every child want to have it. In addition to  that, you can collect figures in order to have all of them ! This kind of thinking is oriented for children.

Valrhona : For Professionnal

Valrhona focuses mainly on high-grade luxury chocolate marketed for professional as well as for private consumption. Though considered one of the foremost chocolate makers in the world, Valrhona is a French chocolate. It is today one of the leading producers of chocolate in the world. Their Marketing is very thorough and well thought.
Jacques Bockel : For Diabetics

The manufacture of these sugar-free is the same as the traditional chocolate, only sugar is replaced with Maltitol. Chocolate obtained is very close gustatorily a traditional chocolate. This chocolate is destined to diabetics people.

Every brand has its target, and it is important to analyze them well to sell something.

    It is so nice to see that you have so many followers.
    Now about the content. It is true that kinder is for children to eat. But it is also for parents, for parents to be relaxed and trust the product, and buy it. They target parents because it is them who buy it. And this is visible from all the advertisements.
    you say that Valrhona is for preofessionals and provate consumption. what do you mean with this? what kind of professionals? and why professionals? and what kind of private consumption? can you be more precise? justify your statements.

    • Yes, all these followers really motivate me. And I am a bit proud because they are not ISCAP students. This adventure of this blog was really a good experience for me!
      About Valrhona, I mean that this brand only few in supermarkets, but more present for professionals like bakers, pastries and restaurants. 90% a their turnover comes from professionals. This chocolate is a quality chocolate good for cooking and not savour alone like it because it is very strong.
